The Siemens Gigaset E450 DECT 6.0 digital cordless phone system was developed with durability and versatility in mind. DECT 6.0 technology provides interference-free communication, brilliant voice quality, and enhanced security. Ideal for families with little kids or for on-site construction offices, the handsets come with great features such as water, dust, and shock resistance. The system can be expanded to include up to six handsets, ensuring everyone in the office has access to a phone or everyone in the house can talk to grandma when she calls home to swap stories about her Norwegian vacation.

The handset comes with a six-line, easy-to-read full-color 128x128 display. The screen relays useful information such as call history, current date and time, and last call length. With the robust display and the easy-to-use keypad, users can even send SMS text messages and send emails via SMS (both carrier dependent). To make texting easy, the handset comes with an easy text entry program--an ideal feature for heavy text users.
